Can you elaborate more on the issue that you are experiencing?
What version of FME Desktop are you currently using?
Are you reading data in Zip folder vs *.gdb?
Can you try reading data with FME Desktop 2019?

Is the file geodatabase compressed or zipped?That can cause this type of message in FME.
