When you run a workspace via the Data Download Service, you may get a link to a zip file which is empty and has nothing in it.
You may also see an error in the log files similar to this:
java.io.IOException: Zip: DatasetC:\ProgramData\SafeSoftware\FME Server\DefaultResults\[zip_file] does not exist.
There are three possible causes:
