If the feature does not have an associated user-defined feature type,i.e.it is using the fixed schema,then the kml_data and kml_schema_data structured list attributes can be used to write the feature's extended data.

Note:The KML writer does not support manually writing elements.If elements are manually created,the kml_schema_url attribute should be used to specify an external schema definition.

Note:If the feature has an update mode specified,the extended data will not be written.
